I love sports clips, the reason I always go is because I love the experience. Today unfortunately I was greeted with a frown and a depressing stylist, her service was not appreciate maybe it’s because I’m a young man she thought I wouldn’t tip her, I go be service and experience she could have made a lot more money but I ended up walking away with an unpleasant experience

Been using great clips and bouncing around for years between stylists. Had such a wonderful experience with Kirsten this morning, the cut was great, the conversation even better, was a great experience all around. cannot wait to come back; no more bouncing around for me!

I went to this location and checked in on the Ipad. Another customer came in 5 minutes after I did. Only 2 stylist working and they both had customers. When the next stylist was available, she asked who is next? The guy who came in after I did jumped up and said he was. What good is a system if you don't utilize it? He and I were the only people in the waiting area. I walked out!! I will NEVER go back to one of your locations.
